@npub1eav…g6f3 Same as always :) Provence Wight. Wight because they originally came from a grower on the Isle of Wight.
This variety works really well for me in our climate and keeps incredibly well. I usually have enough garlic until nearly the next harvest. The bulbs do not shrivel and keep fresh even after months.

@npub1yln…e2vv I haven't read the book but I have always believed that my garden is owned by the wildlife and by nature, not by me. At best, I am the caretaker.
