Currently #reading “Why we sleep”.
On dreams: “Among these gifts are a consoling neurochemical bath that mollifies painful memories and a virtual reality space in which the brain melds past and present knowledge, inspiring creativity.”
And on falling asleep while reading: “please, feel free to ebb and flow into and out of consciousness during this entire book.”
Great #book so far. And it’s even ok to fall asleep while doing it! 😛😴
