I’m doing something different this year. Starting January, I’m doing what I’m calling the ‘homestead challenge’, where I eat only what I grow/forage/hunt/raise one day a week, increasing a day a week each month. July will be whole month, then back to normal… so, micro greens and early starts are happening now and lots of hunting. This is designed as a learning experience for me. If I wanted it easier, I’d start in March, but going hard to see what happens…
