@nprofile…gftj @nprofile…4heg Writing software for a new company—as I am now—is a process of bootstrapping. I write one thing to prop up an idea well enough so I can go do another related thing. That initial prop was never meant to be a permanent fixture, so it gets replaced or deleted when the time comes to do better in that area.

I don't get emotional about code I’ve written, and I don't like unused or obsolete things taking up space in the repo. Part of achieving velocity through a codebase is leaving things behind.
