i am a licensed medical professional and i don't care about it - most of it is inaccurate and shallow and emr were meant to be stolen - witness united healthcare - 1/3 of all americans are already compromised - the trend will continue

set up yacy to find more words and even tagclouds - it is even able to be monetized plus you can backup and transfer indexes pretty easily - good for personal or group se uses, comp intel, seo etc etc - couple it with httrack to keep static copies of sites. it is not perfect and takes a bit of prodding to get into good crawling but once you do it can pay benefits; has a good user interface and can also be r proxied pretty easily - recommended

with mediawiki - it is fairly easy but semi involved...it changes a bit with every mw iteration and it is not perfect - you have to get right templates and infoboxes for it to look close to orig #commons #apache #mysql #php-fpm

well keep trying - you should be able to surmount initial difficulties with sheer presistence plus prices for refurb servers are dropping all the time - you end up paying less in the end when you have the gear - it is a good goal and something to work towards - ask for help and donations, many people are willing to help
