Take this palm tree lamp, does that patent cover any/all lamps that remotely look like a palm tree going forward? Or does the design patent need to contain, in some detail, the inner workings of the lamp (electrical comes to mind!)

Who woulda thunk that artwork would make it's way onto sewer lids?
All of the lids I've shown are from the East Jordan Iron Works. It would be cool to learn of the design and manufacturing process - I'll have to look into this.

@npub1dm5…5sqe I'm not really on Instagram anymore, but there was an account that was all about photographing sewer covers (I believe in Europe). I realized that there is quite a bit of design and artwork that goes in to the big, round, iron covers; usually depicting the city or local landmark.
This is a photo I took of one from Ann Arbor, MI (Tree City).

To be honest, I haven't looked at the Vivaldi calendar in awhile. The updates are really nice. I'm a 3 week view guy. It leaves the daily box just big enough to view most everything.
But the other view options are easily switched to. Adding the calendar as a tab makes it quickly accessible while browsing.
And lo and behold - in Vivaldi fashion - there is a plethora of other settings for calendar options.
And one OTHER thing: *dark mode* (through themes) - which Google can't quite figure out how to implement.

There used to be this freeware app that would create an index of any file directory. It would make a list of clickable (file name) links. So if you had, say, a sizeable music collection, you could easily navigate this index and go directly to a song (example).
Anyone remember such a thing? Does it still exist?
