Bisher habe ich von ihm noch nichts gehört, was ich ernst nehmen kann, aber vielleicht wird das ja eventuell in allen Berichterstattungen über ihn bewusst weggelassen? Was hat dieser Mann schon Gutes vollbracht? Bitte klärt mich auf!

Political elections mean showtime. Candidates have to face each other in TV shows and are often judged by their catchphrases, their look, and their emotions. It’s carnivalesque and doesn’t say much about politics!
I don’t care about those shows and simplified statements. I need to understand the interests and intentions of politicians and whether they are solving problems or creating ones. Next question is whether they are solving the most important problems of our time! Then I make my choice!

@nprofile…h94j I know, I am surrounded by those. And it’s not just the writing. When you try to explain them something by using clear concepts, they are not listening. The current generation of programmers learned how to stitch fragments of code together and they need a development environment with debugger to understand what their code is doing for some examples. They didn’t learn to describe and analyze behavior in the general case.

@nprofile…n90q @nprofile…h94j so far LLMs mainly allow students to avoid doing their homework for their own and to learn something. The next generation will loose critical and analytical thinking. We are heading to educational dark ages if everybody follows the will of the TechBros.

Lesson about team change: There is one benefit if you join a team as the only expert on X. You can try out crazy things that a team of experts on X would have never allowed since these things are at odds of what is usually done. The non-experts will judge you on whether you solve their problems and not on whether you follow the rules of the art. So as long as you are successful, you can try out all kinds of crazy things. I only recommend this if you are experienced and know what you are doing.
