Damn!
Double-zapped *again*.
I clicked the zap button, selected the amount and then zeus opened showing the invoice. I hit the big button, then it "fails" after 1m, but under the hood my node keeps trying. I was fooled by this and tried to zap again which also "failed". This resulted in two zaps.
The issue seems to be that zeus displays the payment as failed, but it's not.

Apparently there's a polygon "upgrade" coming. But I can't find any information on when the upgrade is happening. All I know is that it's going to happen on "Sept 4". That's a timespan of 48 hours in which it could happen.

Ok, I too enabled nip42 (though a finite monetary supply for bitcoin is nice too, and it's already enabled on my bitcoin node). I think I've done it exactly like you. Maybe your relay was already a well-known one while mine wasn't? Not sure how it selects relays for publishing.

So after you've plugged in the first signer, you could for a k-of-t setup try each possible set of k signers and for each set that includes the plugged in signer, you show the possible cosigners. Is that what you're suggesting?
Couldn't you instead just sign all possible sets with the first plugged-in device, then plug in the next and filter out the sets of k signers further, and so on until there's only one such set left after the last device is plugged in? Is there danger in signing frivolously like this? They all sign the same message (i.e. a bitcoin input), right?

It's cool! I think you should shift "supply" and "percent" columns down by one and put 0's on the top row. It'd make it more intuitive (for me at least).

I think this is a great question that we don't have answers to, which show in the comments.
I think we'll be using custodial solutions with a high degree of auditability. When I want access to my funds they'll give me a lightning channel that they create from a channel factory (handwaving). Of course they'll offer me on-chain too, but I won't afford to use it

Just read the disclosure of a severe vulnerability in libbitcoin's `bx` tool that limits seed entropy to 32 bits.

Got me wondering about security of various multi/threshold signature wallets.
Traditional OP_CHECKMULTISIG adds one bit of entropy for each extra signer, given that the individual pubkeys are disclosed. A 2of2 multisig would be 33 bits of entropy and also easily identifiable as vulnerable once a spending tx is published.
But using taproot and musig2, the individual pubkeys are not disclosed, so the number of bits is doubled for each extra sig. A 2of2 multisig would be 64 bits of entropy, and not easily identifiable as vulnerable.

I agree that it doesn't change the security model, and Bitrefill doesn't say that. In practice, however, disabling opt-in RBF has worked pretty well so far. Since this seems to be changing, we're actively discussing how to approach it going forward.
We're having small transactions only and can thus afford to be screwed (we're not quite there yet), which serves as a signal for us to adapt to a new environment.

Yes each input requires a different signature (even if they spend from the same address),
There are no signatures on the outputs. The full transaction, including its outputs, is covered by the signatures on the inputs. But you can somewhat modify (using sighash flags) what the signature covers (commits to) when you make the signature.

The sighash flags are set in the signature itself. The user that signs an input sets eg SIGHASH_ALL when signing. This means that any changes among the outputs will render the signature invalid.
