Yes, generally poor vs not poor just comes down to knowing how to learn. And I would say electric and plumbing are both easily learned online. And would add that just cause someone is a paid electrician doesn’t mean they have learned the skill. I worked at a solar company and they would hire anyone and send them out with no training 😂😂 (downstream fiat effect since the whole industry is funded via debt aka money printing so nobody thinks they are risking their own capital)

You are spot on. Another example would be buying things (furniture, appliances, clothes, etc.) that are built to last so you only have to spend those sats once or less often rather than cheap things that require consistently spending to replace.
