Couldn't find a bra. Had a bit of a breakdown. I suspect recent events may have gotten to me and it wasn't just a missing bra issue.
So I'm in my sickness-dressing-gown that I only wear when I'm ill, I have jasmine tea, and I'm watching Whose Line Is It Anyway. The beast is released 🐇.
Colin Mochrie is so wonderful. I once wrote to him and he wrote back from Canada.
Letter-writing is great.

For any of my non-British followers who aren't certain of the concept of a "chippy tea" it's a kind of meal where you pour yourself a pint of vinegar and then have a few chips and some battered fish with it.
Well, that's how I do it anyway.

Unpopular #StarWars opinion:
New Star Wars trilogy! OMG!
Ah... books, not films.
Given that *none* of the Star Wars films and series (that I can think of, I'm not all-knowing) have been adapted from novels, I'd say we're safe from them becoming films.
I'm a big Star Wars fan but please no. We peaked with the Heir to the Empire trilogy. More Star Wars is not required.

I got Paramount+ for 2 reasons: the new Frasier and the adaptation of A Gentleman in Moscow.
I'm watching Frasier out of some kind of lifelong solidarity but it is... not enjoyable for me.
But A Gentleman in Moscow? It's one of my favourite books (and it takes quite a lot for me to give a book that accolade). I'm 10 minutes in and utterly loving it. I want the opening credits as a poster on my wall.

I did it! I officially registered to start an Environmental Science degree in October!
Very few people in my life think this is a worthwhile idea so I'm sharing it with you guys instead.

I wanted to share something that's worked for me being #ActuallyAutistic but I suspect it would benefit people with #ADHD too.
Toothbrushing. Usually a once-a-month-if-you're-lucky kind of activity that fills me with shame.
Then recently I said goodbye to the electric toothbrush and bought a manual 3 headed brush for about £5.
Game changer. No vibrations, 10s brushing while I wee when I remember and all sides are covered. Now I do them 5+ times a week. Not perfect but big improvement.

I have a question for people who live in #Japan.
When someone sneezes, what is the culturally expected thing to do?
Like in the UK you'd get "bless you" in response. In Germany you might get "Gesundheit". What happens in Japan?
