I have a question for the networking security folk out there.
If I enable remote access to a router, but restrict remote connections to one known, trusted static IP, how secure is this? Could an attacker spoof their IPv4 address?

Woken up by my infusion machine being low on battery. Plugged it in and actually quite enjoying the peace and tranquility on the ward at this time of night.
