Okay so I've using my GrapheneOS phone for 4 days now and this is a thread for my experience with it so far.
TLDR: Overall very positive, with almost zero annoyances. Highly recommended for everyone, beginner or not. I also consider myself a beginner.

For the purpose of this, I bought a second-handed Google Pixel 7a from a reputable retailer here in the UK. The device has been great so far. Ideal value for money for trying out GrapheneOS.

Re protein though, its often an exaggeration. Nobody has been to the doctor and diagnosed with ... lack of protein.
Lack of fiber though, that's the elephant in the room.
