Paying for a service would be acceptable to me. I would also like to see this space promote creative, artistic and original content and pay for consumption if I wish to support that.
However that could be a costly venture if relays charge and content is charged.
Perhaps relays would be topic specific and they sponsor certain clients that would draw in users.
Needs to be fleshed out.

I grew up in an area that would receive 6-10ft snow each year. Can’t say I miss it. You don’t have to shovel rain. The real downside is the gloomy grey skies with little sun. That’s the only plus side of dealing with snow.

I’m hoping micro transactions (which I don’t even know what threshold of Sats is considered micro) allows the holder to pay (music, video, art, code, stories) directly to the creator and eliminate 3rd party. I read something about going into the code of your post and changing the ID to “5” from “1” in one of the lines which would tell the relays to make your post invisible or not to display it.
