I have ZERO faith that the federal documents case will move forward fast (as in months instead of years). I think they will try but it will likely take a long time no matter what so that means the New York case is stalled 100% and Georgia is a question mark at this point.
I hope I’m wrong…. the longer this drags on the more opportunity Trump will have to encourage violence, the death of law-enforcement officers, the death of court employees and sedition.

Does it matter? No bail. No common requirements as an arrested accused felon.
No restrictions to travel, no restrictions AT ALL except he's supposed to not be in touch with potential witnesses... which we all know he will have his stooges take care of the witness tampering.
Until I see a court date this year it means nothing to him or his followers. His ranting and raving will continue, he will get people killed and no one will stop him or slow him down.

It's kind of a joke --- I seem to recall that they are only allowed to negotiate prices on 10 drugs starting in 2026 and then it can go to 15 a year or two later and there's restrictions on what class of drugs it can be.

It's an endlessly fascinating story but the bottom line is that she knew it was all bullsh!t, she knew that they could not and would not be able to do 99% of what she was claiming they could already do. She 100% knew and yet she just kept inflating what the box could do.
At no time could their device do more than 12 tests. She wasn't saying it could do 15 or 20 tests... she was saying it could do HUNDREDS.
She knew the results were suspect as well. People were getting bad results

She was very specific with count #2 was worded "sexual abuse"

I'm intrigued as to how the jury will perceive the fact that trump can't be bothered to show up to trial.
Will he show up at all?
I know why he doesn't want to: when you wear a diaper all day you don't want to have to sit in a court room for 6-7 hours in a row plus he can't snort adderall in front of jury to stay conscious.

We will see if there some more reporting on exact decision and reasons but at this point all it's going to be is morons, hillbillies, klan and nazis upset their boy (who wouldn't be in a room with them even if you paid him) got fired... "who's gonna spread hate with me now?"
I seriously doubt this will mean "we lied about the election getting stolen and tucker is paying the price for his part in it" to the Fox viewers.

Let's hope they stick to this --- especially in light of the news that Fox gets to take a deduction for their settlement with Dominion and laugh all the way to the bank.
At least they are asking for the retraction and apology so even if they do settle they might get that unlike #[1] who didn't ask.

I have but in the big picture sort of way: They lost.
They got NOTHING. No admission of wrongdoing, no apology, nothing.
They were protecting their reputation. They lost on that front.
They were defending their technology and integrity: they lost on that front too.
Seriously, does anyone think $787 Million means anything to Murdoch but a minor annoyance? It does not.
