We have invested lots of money in software development and are happy to share it with gpl. We hope that other companies do the same and that together we can build better software.

The main problem is the workforce, they want the proprietary shit. Have this problem at home too. Need to have WhatsApp because of my wife and daughter refusing to use Signal or Telegram

@nprofile…qlus The problem is of course that the proprietary lightroom uses non standard data formats. I switched 10 years ago. Still had all raw files, so it was some work yes. But then concluding it's not an alternative, because it can not old data is a strange thought.
