oh! Ooh! I usually cook ahead for hot weather and so I don't have a lot of "meal-oriented" cold recipes, but I just remembered I have a bomb caprese salad recipe! It's very hearty, though it might be best with a less richly-flavored accompaniment to balance it out. I'll follow up with the recipe in another post below this one.

one of my life goals is to someday take a couple weeks and drive highway 395 south all the way from Billings/Christina Lake in Canada to Victorville, CA! Seems like one of the last great less-traveled road trip routes.

man, that's a terrible ruling. So a key to a lock is only a key if it's not biometric, is what I'm reading. Biometric keys are actually just "sparkling personal IDs" now.
Glad I've never trusted biometrics, I guess.
