Given the state of escalation regarding surveillance of protesters and the imminent threat of repression during and afterwards I am not sure if the exact opposite of that strategy might not be safer: Get yourself a body-cam, and life-stream the process, safe a backup in a cloud in a different legislation. Make sure everyone knows where you are, and that someone will call legal help if you don't make it home.

if you don't care about your medical data being stolen - well, then don't encrypt it, throw it in a cloud or straight publish all of it on your website.
But you will still care about your medical data being lost, or even worse, being there but not available between different health providers.
The easiest solution for both of those problems would be to just allow people to take their data home.
