as i step in the sand i feel the weight come off my shoulders and settle somewhere far away from my intentions of relaxation. the muted sounds of wind and the crashing of the seas draw me into the rhythm of the world. a simplistic symphony of the time of time and i am one with it! thankful in the oneness of everything and nothing at the same time! #Nature #wellness #spirituality

A ball of barnacles wins wildlife photo award https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/in-pictures-68543633 some nice one’s there, but sure is sad nature had to adjust to plastics as a home in that main one. we have not been good stewards of this earth! full stop! #Nature

@npub1y7x…jrl4 great one for meditation for sure. i believe it depends on having a growing mindset or a more static mindset. for growing things become more and more deliberate, but the other path can be as beautiful too. we all have a great part to play in this symphony! you have great thoughts! many blessings!
