I understand. Sometimes it can pay off to buy an A3 printer to have at home, I had one a couple of years ago and I loved it. I bought it from a local print company, used but very good. It made the most beautiful prints (sadly I had to sell it eventually, because I didn’t use it enough at the time).
And maybe there’s some clue to where the good print company is located, in the box that the good prints were delivered in?

That’s good. And by law you usually have the right to receive the items you ordered in the condition agreed upon, or if nothing was agreed in writing; in a condition one would expect that such items would be delivered in, for you to be able to use them for their intended purpose.
Meaning: The prints should be delivered on clean paper, agreed paper, agreed colours etc. If they deliver the prints in some other condition, they are obligated to refund or reprint without fuss. 💛
