probably depends on exact street sweepers, etc. But I do believe it reduces risk of getting a tire puncture (or sliding out in a corner on a bike) *in lanes that are regularly swept*. Most places I've seen it, it seems okay-ish (and unswept areas are obvious and really really dangerous).

Better insulating and air-sealing homes---especially existing homes---is critical for human safety and comfort. And should reduce household emissions substantially, to boot. I wish this were better understood by the general public.

I think this is a good example of the disconnect between "people who know dns" and "people who have to use dns"... To me that feels like a completely obvious error (that not all nameservers enforce! which is worse). That said, I think the powerDNS devs would be receptive to feedback on this.
