Three good things after a week (month) when I often found myself too wiped out to think of any…
1. The student who greeted me with a huge smile while I was waiting for a meeting to start. A mood changer.
2. The teacher who is not giving up on trying to change things to help a student even though it is getting close to the end of this school year.
3. Freshly laundered sheets.

Friday work day ended with someone stepping out of line at a meeting with a final comment that angered me (a rare emotion for me). I’ve been ruminating on this all weekend (ugh), so I am coming back with #3GoodThings to start the week.
1. I reacted calmly to the above event, but did not let it pass without responding.
2. Boardgames, Rom-Coms and a new walking challenge were diverting.
3. The Canadian men’s basketball team’s first international medal since 1936.

It’s been a few days with limited internet, so I haven’t posted #3GoodThings.
1. I got my exam mark from last week’s course, and I aced it. Whew!
2. Lots of walks. I’m remaining consistent, so I am ahead on my target for the month.
3. Things arrived: library book, online purchases, materials for week two of my course. It’s alway good when something is delivered.
Bonus, just now: Good news about a family member’s cardiac procedure. No further intervention is needed.
