I never understood the brouhaha over rowling's shit stories to begin with.
They're poorly written, the stories are frankly boring, and it all feels like a 5th avenue Tolkien knockoff sold by some guy in a trenchcoat.

Listening to Gaga while I sew now it's cooled off and one of my favorite dance tracks came on. Born this way. I couldn't help it and let loose dancing in front of my ironing board.
All of a sudden I felt...joy?

I cried at the Voyager news today. I also know why.
Because for every techbro out there, there's a talented engineer quietly working to make things actually better.
That gives me hope.
