Most of the time I can find the song if I google "(song name) topic", but a lot of the time, it has to be on Google. Searching through YT often doesn't bring them up.
Like, if you try to look up an album, the playlist always contains the music video versions & these Topic channels always hide their full uploads by default where you can't look there either. Here's an example with Bloc Party's Helicopter, from their album Silent Alarm
It's annoying because if you want albums, you pretty much have to rebuild your own playlists from scratch :link_angry:

Even more confusingly dumb, the original studio versions of songs that have music videos are usually in the database, they just don't use those versions in their album playlists and they're a pain to seek out.

That's usually the thing though, like I do feel that it's usually coming from a good place and they're trying to help, but it also feels like they're negating the full picture and just saying "X is more popular than Y, so why are you choosing the wrong option?"
and I'm admittedly a bit OCD. I've usually tried whichever thing is being recommended and found that there's some form of issue that prevents it from being the best option
