If I'm typing in the address bar and I put in localhost:8080 at no point, should any browser decide I am "searching" for that address and direct me to a search engine with results for "localhost:8080"
Yes, I know that by explicitly adding http[s]:// I could have avoided this but you could also have just gone to where I asked and not searched

Is there a technical reason an SSL wildcard certificate costs more than a specific domain SSL?
Like, as an issuer, do I have to spend more MIPS to generate *.foo.com versus www.foo.com ?

Huh. The Date data type in Databricks has a curious min/max value
Limits
The range of dates supported is June 23 -5877641 CE to July 11 +5881580 CE
For reference, homo sapiens appeared maybe -300,000 BCE so that's a pretty big range either way.
Setting June 23rd as the zero date though? There's gotta be some tie to the underlying data type representation that makes this make sense. -5.8M * 366 nets out to about -2.151 (bigint) and * 365 is -2.145M (int) so guessing that an int underneath.

#Walgreens, I was very excited last week that you had covid boosters listed by store and I was able to get scheduled for an appointment 7 minutes ago.
I am now spitting nails over the fact that you do not actually have the vaccine in stock coupled with letting me waste my time going there only to be told they *can* give me the flu shot but corporate controls what vacs are "available" on the picker.

I like that with #databricks I can define cluster timeout periods so that when I space off and leave it running, it shuts the cluster down so I don't burn through resources too quickly.

Someone will likely read this in the future and say something like "Why didn't you convert it into octal space and do some matrix algebra on it" as I have a vague recollection from college that octal base and matrix stuff is used with graphics but IDKSAF when it comes to that. Feel free to check my college transcript for 27 hours of mathematics with C.

Me reading the docs and applying the syntax to my query. WTF, why doesn't this work?
30 minutes later, having picked the query apart. FINE, let me get on a server with AdventureWorks and run the query from BoL.
The documentation is wrong (or SQL Server behaviour changed between 2012 and now w/r/t subqueries with FOR XML PATH)
Specifically, "Generate a list using PATH mode" the second subquery for ProductNames results in XML safe instead of a merged result as shown https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/relational-databases/xml/examples-using-path-mode?view=sql-server-ver16#generate-a-value-list-using-path-mode
