@stefano I moved away from Nextcloud for several reasons: Too much an all-in-one solution, resource heavy (PHP based, I prefer simple and fast zero dependency applications written in e.g. Rust or C/C++) and an always shaky update process.
But I agree: Integration was working reliably…

I have no personal experiences with it, but it is on my watch list.

@npub14ca…0nj8 I do not know much about the Linux boot process. Approaching from the theoretical perspective of booting an OS, I would answer, yes:
Interrupt the boot process, boot into a shell, mount the boot device, call ‘passwd root’ and reboot…

Single digit so far 🫣.
The VPS it is running on hosts more or less all major vaenner.net services (in individual jails). 13 services from VPN access, over git, mail, matrix, to Postgres database, wiki etc.

I am running snac2 on a VPS with 4 cores. No high loads etc. there so far...

Startet my snac2 tests yesterday on my vaenner.net domain. Very nice!
One improvement I would suggest would be LDAP user authentication.
