Do you like to spend your bitcoin though? How does it feel? It doesn't feel good to me. Feels much better to spend fiat. Spend and replace is a possibility but seems to me like an overeager attempt at bumping Bitcoin up to medium of exchange when it isn't really there yet. Taking on additional fees in the process.
I started to listen to my gut on this, which is why I don't spend Bitcoin if I don't have to. And sometimes I have to. Because I'll be transacting with another pleb who won't take my fiat. He just doesn't value the fiat enough, compared to Bitcoin, to give up whatever he's trading against it. Or I'll spend time at Bitcoin events where nobody will take your fiat, because they all get it.
And this is where I believe the phases will transition very naturally. Because for someone to accept Bitcoin as MoE he'll have to value it first. The more people value bitcoin the more will want nothing else for their goods and services.
Unit of account is another issue. To reach that we'll need a much higher degree of price-stability. And I'd argue that anyone who claims he's already using Bitcoin as Unit of account is lying or delusional.

Fiat systems incentivise banks to take risks for big profits while being aware that they will always be saved and won't pay for their failure like in 2008/09.
Being born into a fiat system therefore means you're forced to play a game with high risk/negative reward. Risk and negative reward forever increase the further the system is on its inevitable way to collapse.
Hence #HardMoney like #Bitcoin is necessary.

Gm. I had to Google what a press up is. Now that I know it's a push-up: Nice!
I did 80 on an airport a couple days ago. Started in the room where people change the diapers of their kids (is there a word for that?) for some privacy. Then a mom rushed in with her girl who had a total meltdown (short moment of awkwardness when we established eye contact). So had to continue in the big hall of the gate. Was uncomfortable at first, got easier with each set. Was a nice opportunity to grow in that regard.
Where exactly did you do the push-ups on the plane? Privacy is not really an option there is it?

Tip for getting sunlight in winter:
Wait for a sunny and windless day, get a (thick) black mat and do some yoga or stretching in your shorts. Feels amazing.
