1. Since Musk is the ultimate decision-maker, it is likely he would be the once receiving the sentence, unless it could be should that the country rep was complicit (cue King's Evidence, or whatever the local version is).

Xitter *did* operate in Brazil, since it was made accessible to people in that country. This was a Xitter choice.
Firing all the moderators was also a choice, as was letting in known far-right agitators, neo-Nazis and proponents of open hate speech, while muting/expelling pro-democracy, pro-tolerance, pro-diversity voices.
If you can read a post in a country, the site that post is on operates in that country.

Pretty sure the existence of a flight plan, which IIRC needs to list all people on board, would have come into play at some point.
Another fun part: he wangled French nationality, in spite of not qualifying(i.e. he paid a lot of money for it). In France, that takes precedence over any other nationality you may have. You're French, full stop.
So they're dealing with a French citizen on French soil, and Russia and Saudi Arabia can go whistle.

I think you mean housing property. It would be interesting to see a crackdown on empty *commercial* property, because there's always too much of that and converting some of it into living space would solve a lot of problems.

If you look at Tesla's published accounts, as I did recently, you'll notice their inventory has been increasing dangerously every year, to the point where - IIRC - they're essentially using their loans to finance their unsold products.
This is not the sign of a healthy and viable company.
