Other than modifying the #FreeBSD rc.d script each time fail2ban is updated, is there an easier way to ensure it does not start until after the jails are running?

The pull request for Poudriere metrics in @LibreNMS. https://github.com/librenms/librenms/pull/16229
I've been running this at home, and it's collecting information via snmpd - I'm running poudriere in a dedicated #FreeBSD jail, and it works just as well if running poudriere on the host.
