I've been trying to add a greater variety of grains to my diet. Yesterday I made this beef barley soup recipe. It was delicious! I subsituted a sweet potato for the Yukon gold. I went light on the actual beef, a little heavy on the herbs, but forgot the Worcestershire sauce. Excited to see the forecast has several days coming up when the lows will be under 70F. That means I'll be able to get out and hike in the mornings before the temps get insufferable for me. I recall these so-called, self-styled "Constitutional sheriffs" have often stated they will not abide by various laws. Perhaps the right shouldn't be the only side that just gets to do whatever the fuck it wants to everyone else.
