@npub149u…nps4 @npub1zaa…refl That's been very true for me. I've somehow worked myself into a position in which I routinely hang out with trans folks in person (every week or two, usually), and it's been so great. I'm not looking at other femme folks and thinking, "How is she doing this better" so much as I am thinking, "It's so nice to let my guard down." I suspect that seeing other people also living their lives, hearing their stories, gives me a sense of community I'd otherwise be missing.
