@nprofile…vrl0 legit. My girlfriend’s MacBook Pro is way better than that, it can last for days, but it’s cool at least we on the Linux side can compete at least with the Air.
I’m *really* looking forward to the ThinkPad T14s ARM when it gets decent support, also

@npub1t7d…pqpp I'm actually amazed by the fact that they didn't decide to go for a new one and maybe split the load between critical services (on the new machine) and non critical ones (on the old one)

@npub1njt…x0uv I actually should have known about that since I spent my summer watching stuff like Containers From Scratch 😂 and I absolutely overlooked the fact that you can't have a working htop for example (I guess) with a flatpak containerized terminal. Thanks!

Ok, I'm going crazy about this right now: why the heck isn't the new GNOME Console available through flatpak? It's been a while since it's been declared stable as far as I know and I can actually find other GNOME apps on the flathub, but how come that isn't?
Am I lacking some piece?

@npub1u27…3qfq as their biggest competitor you mean threads? Launched successfully could be very arguable, Meta just created in a shadow way a threads handle for each insta user.
Just a vanity metric, I wanna check it out on the long run.
Anyway yes: I really hope Twitter is doomed now
