It's up to you how you want to utilize your CWs. If there's anything graphic, explicit and/or detailed then obviously use a CW. But like I said mentions are a bit trickier because everyone is different and it's just hard to predict whether they might be triggering. I appreciate you asking. This is hard to say, because just a mention alone might be triggering to some, while others might not have an issue at all. No two people are the same and it's impossible to predict whether a mention might be triggering on its own. I think in these cases it might be better to CW just to play it on the safe side.

It honestly is. AI will never replace real people, but those AI bros sure are trying. It's only a matter of time before the lawsuits starts piling up.
I was a fan of Artbreeder and used it for character creation, but then found out how AI works and noped right out. I'll use stock pics (not AI generated) until I can commission a human artist to draw my OCs.
The thing is the AI is not original. It steals & scrapes from others. I don't know how any creative can be okay with that.

You want to make sure background is large enough to fit the prompts. You'll have to play around with the text and spacing to ensure it's legible. I like using white text with a black outline for darker backgrounds and black or darker colored text on lighter backgrounds. Hope that helps. 🙂

We use Google docs for our questions, and the girls use Canva for the cards, while I use BeFunky (I have a paid subscription). The backgrounds you can find on Unsplash, Pixabay, or Pexels. I know Canva and BeFunky also have background images, but with BeFunky you need a subscription. I'm not sure about Canva.
But anyway, we just copy and paste the questions from our doc onto the background image. 1/2

It's okay to not like certain anatomical terms. I'm not a fan of some euphemisms and metaphors when it comes to high-heat romance. We all have different tastes and that is perfectly okay.
But we shouldn't be referring to those terms or spicy, open-door scenes as porn.
And I love that we can actually have these kinds of civilized conversations on here. 😊

Sex is such an emotionally intimate and sensual act, where both are stripped bare (literally and metaphorically) and vulnerable. I think it's only natural that emotions would take center stage.
I love foreplay & sexual tension, but the after care scenes are what really get me. Give me all the cuddles and pillow talk.😊❤️‍🔥

There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. Not everyone is comfortable writing sex scenes. Not everyone likes reading and writing them. That's why there are different heat levels in romance. There is something for everyone. 😊

How comfortable are you writing with writing kissing and/or intimacy?
Extremely. Kissing, intimacy, & steamy sex scenes are my absolute favorite to write.
I'm not the type who worries about what my mom, family, or friends think. And luckily, they've all been supportive, encouraging,& helpful—especially my husband.
But like many others have mentioned, I do worry about repetition and keeping things fresh.

It really can, but I refuse to reference botany in any way shape or form. 😂
But then, I've always been of the opinion that if you're writing open-door spice, then you should be familiar and comfortable with using anatomy. If you have to refer to body parts as flowers, caves, snakes, and bats... then maybe skip the spice. But that's just my opinion and personal preference. 😁

Absolutely. I write steamy paranormal and fantasy romance. All of my stories (with the exception of some character blogs) feature kissing, intimacy, and steamy sex scenes.
