Indeed, but the law here is the law, the fact being naked and sexual are NOT the same thing. Law does not account for that.

If they put them on the ballot paper as 'none of the above' they will get my vote. I would rater not have another 4 years of the sort of nonsense we are getting.
Behaviour in schools is getting worse, behaviour in society is getting worse, Someone needs to get a grip and take tough action Parents don't want to be bothered with anything regarding actually raising their kids.

hmm, does it matter who is leader ? What is important is as a party you connect with the real world, real people, understand peoples needs. These needs could be due to say disability but also could be their need for good quality child care so they can go to work, decent education so their kids have a chance in a globalised world for example.

There was a post on LinkedIn ages ago about school behaviour, I replied and suggeted students should watch Prime Ministers Questions (PMQ) and follow the example set my MPs... I then put however that would it would turn them in to a total rabble.
Saying that I think school students SHOULD be allowed to watch these things as it would be a good indication on how politics works, only it is currently just embarrasing how the MPs behave.
Same goes for watching the ending of trials on TV and the just giving closing remarks / sentancing.
Would be good for anyone at school wanting to go in to various public services (such as the police) to see how the judicial system works.
May help people connect better with the system, which is never going to be a bad thing.

What our speaker needs is a supply of old fashioned black board rubbers (erasers), so he can thrown them at the MPs who jeer and interupt people when speaking, unfortuantly for them, they are the ones who sit well within the distance to be clouted pretty hard.
It would save his voice as he keeps having to remind MPs to let people speak so they can get through all the questions.

While I agree, but if they are here even in the form of a bot that can post content that is posted elsewhere on their channels it would help them reach out, plus that content would in effect ne subscribe only as only those following would see it.
If it was an offical bot account then it would take content and publish here, we can still interact with it, or at least favorite / boost, but that is a starting point.
There is always talk of social media being the main battle ground, well things need to start somewhere.

I agree, I can see the Tories losing the next election but even with a majority for labour, we NEED a strong opposition to hold themk to account, ask the right questions and ensure election promises are kept.
Perhaps one way for them to win, would be for labour to have a presense on fedi, we are building numbers and need to be able to interact and learn what policies they have from social media as in here. They are NOT going to reach potential voters here by being on mainstream social media.
