I have a second-hand laptop looking for a new home (no cost). It's a 15.6" Dell Inspiron 5565, AMD A6-9200 Radeon R4, 8GB RAM. No HDD/SDD. Battery is still in good order and the whole unit is in excellent cosmetic condition. Comes with a power supply.
It's either pickup from SE Melbourne (bayside) or I can bring it into the CBD. Alternatively if you're prepared to pay for postage, I'll arrange to have it shipped.

It’s been an enjoyable visit to Sydney. And it’s another reminder just how more efficient the train system is here. I mean, double-decker trains where you can change the facing direction of the seats. Bliss.

Banged through “The Bezzle” by @npub1hyk…3p33 - given how much I enjoyed “Red Team Blues” it was great to see that the second book held up just as well. Really engaging story, but the sad part is that it was finished too quickly 😕

A friend of mine was working at a polling station in Dunkley today. They had someone turn up to vote 15 minutes before the polls closed because they’d just seen on the news that there was a byelection today. Glorious. #auspol

Any #DIY people on this instance? I have a question about replacing an internal door handle, where the hole cut for the original handle is bigger than the one which the new handle needs (by quite a bit). Can't install the new handle securely in the too-large hole. Wondering if there's a way to make it work without having to buy a completely different new handle or door.
