I just spent 12 hours processing two buckets full of apples that I collected in the garden just before this monsoon season (or whatever it is) started. And I now still need to clean up the kitchen.
The trouble is I have two more buckets of apples slowly starting to spoil and I don't think I have the will to repeat this exercise again.
Any low-effort ideas for what to do with the apples?
