@npub1era…yt7p Not usually a fan of meds. I gained ~40lbs on the "PTSD cocktail" from the VA and took a couple marathons to lose that. Gabapentin wasn't in that lineup tho and may also enter the doc chat

Hi. I haven't had a block of sleep longer than 4hrs this week. Thought I'd hop online and see how other people deal with that.
Usually I'm pretty rigorous about my sleep hygiene. But it seems lately I'm juggling a few things my little pea brain considers stressful. Recommendations?

@npub1cvw…hwrq RunGo app looks awesome based on the mobile web page I'm scrolling. Interesting biz model with the hospitality angle. Most hotels I find pushing the Under Armour app. Does RunGo sync your track to Strava? Or your phone map? Or both?
Another #running app worth investigating. Any more out there peeps?
