@npub1yvr…mjkg I once found a snail eating the label of a slug pellets tub. I thought oh it’s like that is it?
I don’t use pellets anymore, I’m more zen about other species need to live now.

@npub1yvr…mjkg depending on what they have on site it can be quite nasty too. We had a recycling company catch fire next to one of our warehouses a while ago & the smoke from the plastics was quite unpleasant. The area had to be evacuated until it was under control so the fumes were lessened.

@npub1yvr…mjkg the contradictions in people is one of the hardest things for me to understand.
My parents are a lot like yours. They lived in the same area all their lives. In fact my mother was born in the same farmhouse my great grandmother was.
They have little understanding of the world today, just ‘it was better before’ & read The Express & watch GB News.

@npub1yvr…mjkg I once saw a hypothesis that socks are the larval form of coat hangers. When ready a sock migrates to the darkness of a wardrobe to begin its transformation.
This explains why socks disappear & we accumulate coat hangers.
