Linus Torvalds blatantly refuses to acknowledged that Proprietary software is injustice. This is why I am against "open source" term. I will always say Libre Software / Free Software instead. This is where I draw the line. I am a fighter of Freedoms in computing. All proprietary software is unjust and put users on bad spot since they can't do anything about it. #FreeSoftware

@npub1lrv…tth9 here's the fun thing. I had a friend who had a problem with his laptop. The laptop ran so slowly and it kept crashing for no reason.
Then I uninstalled Google Chrome and voila. The ram usage went down from 99% to 45%. This shows that Chrome was doing something "shady" in the background.
And You should know that Chrome collects data about everything you do on chrome even if you use priv window or extensions and you can't disable it from self updating. What an evil spyware it is.

I don't always update for the sake of update. I don't even update anything at all as long as the versions I have still work just fine. When you update you will get the heavier (and often times) more bloated version of it.

@npub19sq…yltg you mean Hcaptcha? Cloudflare has adopted it for a while. I suggest everyone to stop depending on the evil gatekeeper a.k.a google. did you know that everytime you open recaptcha you are giving google power to track you via its javascript.

until when will you let Google gatekeep the Internet? Please sites owner don't depend on this evil company. Recaptcha is one of Google's plan to gatekeep the internet because you need to contact Google server everytime you want to do something on unrelated website.
