Today marks exactly one year since Vernissage debuted in the AppStore. It was a very intense year in which we published a lot of updates and introduced a lot of new features. We look forward to the next year and the development of Pixelfed and the fediverse with optimism 🎉🥳🍾

New version of Vernissage (1.10.0) is available in the App Store.
Changes:
- iPad support
- translations amendment
- searching fixes

New version of Vernissage is available in the App Store.
- Add compose new status button to bottom menu
- Add “Save photo” action to context menu
- Add “Share photo” action to context menu
- Add “Show media description” action to context menu
- Add “ALT” image button to images on timelines (with new setting)
- Add “Show more” button to long media description on status details
- Translations improvements

It would be great to have also exif metadata from the picture accessible in attachment metadata (of course during upload user can decide if he/she wants to upload them).
These would be great to have (they are not very sensitive):
- camera manufacturer
- camera model
- lens model
- focal length
- aperture
- shutter speed
- sensitivity (ISO)
- create date
I think a lot of users will be interested and happy with that improvement 😉. This is something to think about #[0] #[1]

After your today’s feedback I changed a little bit place of the add new status button (and the image to “plus”). Now should be more accessible by one hand and also available on the profile screen.

New version of #[0] is available in TestFlight.
New features:
- Edit user profile screen (require 0.11.5 #[1] server version).
- Instance information screen.
- Fixing a bug that prevented setting the default icon.
- Use dynamic fonts in statuses texts.
- Small UI changes on profile screen (and new website field).
