@npub1sy8…w2zc @npub1k4u…72ca One big caveat with updating from UIKit -> SwiftUI async is that what’s on screen and the SwiftUI state will be desynchronized for a short while, e.g. it could be possible to click a button and execute its action while it is in a 'disabled' SwiftUI state.
I don’t know if there is any other way to do this, maybe: only do async in case of the "Modifying state during view update" message?

I wish developers would care more about their app disk storage. Signal seemingly offers no way to harvest old messages, selecting media to delete must be done one by one. NetNewsWire consumes 300MB of disk for articles I never go back to, seemingly no way to control that storage.
