It's basically the same argument as always on wikipedia, though. Should wikipedia use value neutral language on controversial topics, or should it use language self-definitional like "abuse" or "molestation" that's used in the mainstream?

The remedy to bad speech is more speech and all that.
Stefi's views include many that I'm strongly opposed to. But would I rather chat to him than having him off in a ghetto talking to other potential storm troopers? For sure.

As much as I want to show love and understanding to everyone regardless of their sexuality, if you're a pro-contact exclusive nepiosadist, I'm sorry but I can't be your political ally.

I think her mother was more abusive than Gary. But Gary still sounds abusive. He had kind moments, too. They were probably genuine, not just "grooming". But he had selfish moments centered around his own sex drive, too. It's often never as simple as a pure predator/ victim narrative. But I can't read this story and think that he was a fundamentally good person.

This half reads like a bored housewife's edgier 50 Shades. But assuming it's true, it's actually pretty fucked up. Non consensual SM with an 8 year old. If it is by a bored housewife then it's even more fucked up that she'd try to pass it off as truth.
