That's disappointing. I love #FireFox and #Mozilla but this is the wrong direction. The org doesn't appear to have a strong strategy, constantly moving from VPN, to fedi, to AI. Supporting federated services is such an obviously good long-term play for their mission, so to end their Mastodon instance is unfortunate.

Happy 4th birthday to the TILvids community! 🎂 It was four years ago yesterday that I registered the domain name and stood up the original server. In that time we've gone through multiple server changes, added dozens of creators, and are just shy of 5,000 users (4,908 to be exact, as of this post).
Thanks for all your continued support, and please continue spreading the word about TILvids! 💙

I just got done chatting with a creator that I invited to share on #tilvids and while they were interested, they ultimately decided not to because they didn't want to detract from what they were doing on YT. As a creator myself, I completely understand, but this is why it's so important for everyone in the #fediverse community to reach out to creators and encourage them to share on #PeerTube The message coming from their viewers is so much more powerful than some random instance host. 💙
