7 weeks on Duloxetine. Massive improvements to mood, energy, and pain! I feel like I have my life back again. POTS flare-ups aren't any more common but are more severe when I do have them, with added vertigo. (yay)
HOWEVER sleep isn't great. I don't feel rested in the morning. I guess it's Restless Leg Syndrome, they move all night. I've actually worn a hole in our sheet! Hoping this improves.
All in all, worth it.

@npub1f9a…qyju Most effective for me was cutting gluten and artificial sweeteners out completely. Low carb made a moderate difference. Adding B12 and Iron supplements were a big help.

Mind blown. I just learned that when someone becomes bilingual from birth (for example in English and French) experiencing semantic satiation for "house" also causes the effect for "maison." If, though, they become bilingual later in life that doesn't happen. 🤯
