I slowly moved from coffee in the morning, and water, water, water. And if I need sweets, eat a dessert (I never craved it).
It's possible. In fact it doesn't hurt much. I thought withdrawal would be *intense*, but it's not the case.

I've been throwing some blender tutorial videos into a playlist and watching them at 1.5x to get familiar.
It helps on *what* but not on *how*: for that you need to not only follow the instructions but also play around to break it.
But hey, immersion.
