Everyone should work for a deranged old money millionaire at some point in their life. I briefly worked for someone who paid me to come out every day and pull the dead leaves off her rose bushes so she didn't have to see them. It really demystifies them, you can't tell yourself they're only at that point with money because they're doing something right because they are so unhinged that it's breathtaking

around the same time of the Bronze Age collapse when everyone was getting devastated by climate change and earthquakes and changes in warfare the major civilizations of the eastern Mediterranean either collapsed or were reduced significantly. Ramses III blamed military actions by the Sea Peoples for a lot of it, we don't really have a whole lot to identify them other than the waves of destruction attributed to them
