I got how decentralized social networking is just the tip of the iceberg for all NOSTR enable to get.
What I'm less convinced of is to tight NOSTR to bitcoin and not genericcally to all blockchains. What stop using any layer2 for micropayments other than someone willing to implement it?
I hope NOSTR will find the way to integrate with other blockchains too on top of bitcoin

One of my main concern about NOSTR is (was) that all clients I tryed are slow with lots of lags as soon as you scroll or reload the page.
https://ditto.pub solved them!! It's really snappy to use.

NOSTR isn't struggling, it's just a work in progress. IMHO most interesting and differentiation features are the same user key for all NOSTR application, uncensorability, self hosting of relay and/or client.
