@nprofile…pyu5 It seems *some* degree of central organization is needed to build high-speed rail networks, design and maintain standards, and plan defense against threats (including bad human actors and natural disasters). Too much, of course, gets you capitalism, imperialism, fascism, etc.
One challenge is to find the right balance. Another is to get there in the face of established power structures. Yes, society needs to be reorganized, but those at the wheel don't want it to be.
