No, #Nostr seemingly won’t be. 14K daily writing events isn’t that much, especially when you count Twitter’s current daily users. It’s only logical if you think about it. People see Twitter where they can “just register”. The concept of servers, let alone Pub and Priv keys are too foreign. In my opinion, options like Primal are great for new users. They can get better apps, use paid relays and stay humble when they understand it enough… This should all get easier if #Nostr would like to even have a change to become mainstream

When the #DSA (Digital Services Act) will be enforced, I’m very curious what they (and if they) will do about Nostr. It can’t be very cost effective for now and as #Nostr grows, also the amount of relays will grow 🤔
I think that the next Covid-like situation will point out if Nostr is even remotely interesting to the mainstream. I’ve heard people say that, it Nostr would’ve taken off, it would be immediate, tho @npub1sg6…f63m himself even said that #Nostr feels more like the old days of #X
I guess we’ll see, but I really like to see what will happen in this day and age, but I have a feeling the good people will win! 🥇

Well, it is like that.
The more relays, the slower the experience. I saw that most recommend between 5-15, depending on the quality of the relay. (There are paid relays, which are faster, cause less people are on them)
