I can try to explain based on personal experience. Bank API's can be very chatty. One of the most common things a KYC exchange will be able to see is your balance. They can refresh and see your balance at any time for the associated bank account. This is often used for anti-fraud efforts and also to see if the bank account is significantly negative. If its not too negative the exchange may let you run the transaction anyways and then freeze the account until you are able to bring your exchange account out of negative.
This is the tip of the ice berg. The level of detail available to any exchange or really financial tech service is incredible.
My advice is where possible, only connect your debit or credit card. If you have to connect your bank, remove the connection after you are done. Additionally, sometimes banks force API's to make you log in with your actual bank password (WTF????) so be sure to change that once in a while. Doing so will kill any API connections to lingering financial service accounts you may have forgotten about.

Yeah you can do that. In the bio field of both profiles you could mention the pubkey so other's can follow the trail. It is a work around solution and nostr needs significant work for rolling keys and overall key management.

I hear artists in documentaries talk about this all the time. How things like "death clauses" are abused to capture the artist. Lots of artist refer to stuff like this as making deals with the devil in their music. That industry sounds insane.

Yeah there is so much to do! I am doing my own thing as well, so just making observations mostly. I like nostr.rocks the most so far but the character limit is killing me. People copy Twitter in such strange ways haha.

Every single client I have tried is unstable or has bad UX. In one client it looks like I am replying to posts, and in another it shows that I am not replying but creating new threads.
Global feeds are slow. Clients don't always show a clear picture of your profile and feed. Design language in clients range from inconsistent to superficial or barely a priority.
Code base of most clients are over engineered for what actually needs to happen. I am a firm believer in "Keep It Simple, Stupid".
There is lots of work to do. Excited for the future. Just growing pains.

Been eyeballing one of those OXO Carbon Steel pans because its light weight and cooks like cast iron. A little pricy so I will stick to eggs and the occasional burrito for now in my current cheap pan.

Can't beat discount pizza, especially when it nearly costs a kidney otherwise. Cast iron is too heavy so I can't use it. Roommates are dumb so instead of having a working stove, I have to plug one of those portable electric burners into the wall and cook on that.

For chain pizza, nothing beats thin crust dominoes. I will die on this hill. Like tasty pizza crackers. So good. I really have no complaints about most pizza.
Plan to do some DIY pan pizza soon myself soon. Never done it before, sounds delicious.
