While they may not always acknowledge their shortcomings or take full responsibility for their repeat failures, their existence is a reminder of things are probably gona get worse. And that's somethin.
So, let us give a round of applause to the Federal Reserve for still existing. We know that there is still work to be done, but we have no doubt that this institution will continue do whatever it is they do. Congratulations!

Interesting idea. I do plan on having an urgent care style virtual care, at least starting out. That said, within the US, physicians pay ~$500 for licensing in the state they practice in. If doing virtual care, I have to have a license in the state the patient is in. Not sure what international licensing would look like but I’ll look into it.

Planning on opening a subscription based pediatric clinic. Appointment length will be as long as needed, no rushing out to another appointment. The aim will be to have ~15% of my current patient size. I’ll be directly accessible for my patients after hours. (The goal will be fewer ER visits that resulted because your doc was not available).
